Paul Abraham.

Founder of the firm, is a qualified Solicitor Advocate who regularly appears at the Crown Court in addition to Magistrates Courts.

He believes very firmly that all clients should be dealt with as he would like to be dealt with himself and has sought to establish a firm with an attitude of committment that doesn't follow traditional 'stuffy ' working patterns. He has broad experience of handling major criminal work including VHCC cases and is one of the few Solicitor Advocates who have appeared in person at the Court of Appeal. Member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.

Andy Holliday

Andy is a Partner of our Firm and has progressed rapidly after originally completing his training contract with us several years ago. He is recognised as our specialist in the Youth Court and  is a member of the Wrexham Duty Solicitor Scheme.

Bethan Jones

Bethan is another highly experienced criminal practitioner who is based at our Mold office.She is a member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.

She has worked in North Wales for many years and is extremely well regarded particularly for her presentation at Court and friendly manner. Bethan is regarded as one of the areas most effective trial advocates by her colleagues and opponents in court.

David Finney

David has worked in a number of different areas. Initially he trained and worked in London for several years before moving back closer to his northern roots where he worked in the Halton and then Chester Court areas.

Headhunted due to his excellent reputation as one of the most skillful advocates in those areas. Based in Mold. Member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.

Dave Hay

Dave is a vastly experienced law clerk who manages our Crown Court department. The elder statesman of the team who has seen and done it all and is completely unflappable whatever pressure is bearing down. His reputation amongst fellow practitioners, particularly Barristers who rely on his meticulous case preparation skills is second to none.

Denise Macmillan.

Denise is a very experienced Accredited Police Station Representative who came to work for us after gaining several years experience at another local company. She wished to develop her career with our specialist criminal team and was attracted by our reputation for dealing with heavyweight crime. She enjoys a reputation for being a formidable defender of client's who are in police custody ensuring that their rights are protected.

Laura Macmillan.

The youngest member of the team who has recently been admitted as an Associate of the Institute Of Legal Executives after passing a series of legal examinations following a two year course of study. Laura will continue to develop by being involved in assisting our experienced team in preparing cases under the supervision of Paul Abraham and will also continue her studies to achive further qualifications.
